Privacy and cookies
At Pisana Skleda we collect as little data as possible. The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and needs no cookie banner. Below we explain what data is processed, why, and what your rights are. The Slovenian version is the legally binding one.

Visiting the website
The site is hosted on the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc.). For operation and security, each visit processes technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the requested page and the time. These logs are kept for a few days only and are not used to identify visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no visitor profiles. We only see totals, such as page views. In addition we count a few anonymous events ourselves (taps on "Install", QR code scans from a poster or table) as a daily number, without any data about a person or device.
Push notifications
You receive event notifications only if you turn them on and confirm in your browser. They are sent through OneSignal (OneSignal, Inc., USA), which stores a subscription identifier for your device, browser and device type, language and sign-up time. This does not let us identify you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with "Turn off notifications" on this page or in your browser settings. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. The data is kept while notifications are on.
Google Maps
A venue map loads only after you click "Show map". Google (Google Ireland Limited) then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw below. Without the map you can always open the route with "Directions".
Cookies and local storage
The website itself sets no cookies. It keeps a few settings in your browser's local storage, which are needed for the site to work and do not require consent:
ps-color-mode: light or dark theme,ps-install-dismissed: when you closed the "Install the app" banner (shown again after 14 days),ps-push-opted-in,ps-push-prompt-dismissed: whether you turned on notifications or closed the invitation,ps-maps-consent: that you allowed Google Maps.
When you turn on notifications, OneSignal stores its subscription data in your browser. You can delete all of this in your browser settings (clear site data).
Your choices on this device
If you write to us, we use the data in your message only to reply and keep it as long as needed to handle your question.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to skledapisana@gmail.com. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. Effective from 2026-10-12.
